<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable regular use of a communication channel by which good communication can be obtained at all nodes as a common communication channel in consideration of an interference radio wave generated from a radio wave interference source. <P>SOLUTION: A master node MS and respective slave nodes SL (SL1, SL2 and SL3) measure a circumferential influence degree of an interference radio wave for each of a plurality of communication channel candidates. These influence degrees of the interference radio wave are aggregated at the master node MS. A communication channel candidate conjectured to have the smallest influence degree of the interference radio wave as a whole is selected among the communication channel candidates.
