<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thin film laminate with sound insulation properties, which exhibits excellent sound insulation in spite of having high plasticizer compatibility by selection of polyvinyl acetal containing plasticizer to be used. <P>SOLUTION: The thin film laminate is composed of at least three layers A, B, C, each of which contains at least one plasticizer and at least one polyvinyl acetal. Each of two outer layers A, C contains at least one, same or different, polyvinyl acetal having 18.5-23 mass% proportion of polyvinyl acetal group. At least one inner layer B contains at least one polyvinyl acetal having 12-18 mass% proportion of polyvinyl alcohol group.
