<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel capable of preventing surface contamination of a light incident part and a light condensing part and suppressing long-term decrease in power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a solar battery panel with an antifouling surface coating, comprising: a solar light incident part including an antifouling coating on a surface on an incident side; and a solar battery cell.
