<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body frame which can be formed at a low cost with appropriate strength while ensuring design flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A head pipe (21) of a vehicle frame (2) is formed by joining: an upper head pipe (71) having a pair of opposite pieces (714, 715) extended from an upper pipe part (711) along an upper wall part (221) and lower wall part (222) of a main frame (22); a lower head pipe (72) having a lower pipe part (721) connected to the upper pipe part and a front tongue piece part (722) extended from the lower pipe part along a front wall part (241) of a down frame (24); and a main flame gusset (73) connected to a rear part of the upper head pipe and having a rear tongue piece part (732) extends from a vertical wall part (733) connecting inner sidewall parts (223) of a pair of main frames along the rear wall part (242) of a down frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
