<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time needed to form a fixed cloth comprising a plurality of cloths by easily forming the fixed cloth into an airbag. <P>SOLUTION: An airbag device includes an airbag 20. The airbag 20 has a fixed cloth 30 fixed to a vehicle body. The fixed cloth 30 is folded a plurality of times as prescribed.
