<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of an operator by enhancing operation efficiency for a guidance screen. <P>SOLUTION: A controlled guidance apparatus 14 according to an embodiment displays a guidance screen that allows for an optional arrangement of a monitoring screen transition button, a camera video image transition button, individual monitoring icons and individual control buttons. When the monitoring screen transition button is selected, the controlled guidance apparatus 14 switches a monitoring screen for a supervisory console 13 to a monitoring screen assigned to this button. When the camera video screen transition button is selected, the controlled guidance apparatus 14 switches the monitoring screen for the supervisory console 13 to a camera video screen assigned to this button, and displays states of monitoring target facilities corresponding to individual monitoring items assigned to the individual monitoring icons.
