摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier film which is excellent in gas barrier properties even if the number of the laminations of transparent gas barrier layers is low, has high transparency, and further has an extremely low internal stress of the transparent gas barrier layers, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent gas barrier film is constituted by forming the transparent gas barrier layer 120 on a resin substrate 110 and the transparent gas barrier layer 120 contains at least one kind of a metal and a semimetal. The transparent gas barrier layer 120 contains a discharge treatment layer 120b subjected to discharge treatment and a non-discharge treatment layer 120a not subjected to discharge treatment and a ratio of the density of the discharge treatment layer 120b to that of the non-discharge treatment layer 120a is within a range of 1.0-2.0 and a ratio of the thickness of the discharge treatment layer 120b to that of the transparent gas barrier layer 120 is within a range of 0.05-0.3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
