<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing the leakage of a resin in an injection molding apparatus having a runner block. <P>SOLUTION: A block side nozzle 59 is sufficiently separated from a fixed mold side sprue 55 by the action of compression coils 53 and 53 before nozzle touch as shown in a Fig.(a). When the nozzle 28 of an injector 20 is pressed to a block side sprue 57, a runner block 46 is pressed to be moved to the left in the figure. As a result, the block side nozzle 59 is struck against the fixed mold side sprue 55. Effect, the runner block and a fixed mold are brought into close contact state to eliminate the leakage of the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
