PROCESSING DEVICE, METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME, AND PROCESSING TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a processing control suitable for a feature of a workpiece by estimating the feature of the object through measurement of dimension and mass.

SOLUTION: In the processing device, a processing table 11 for mounting the workpiece W and a support unit 18 for supporting a tool for processing the workpiece are provided with contacts Tc. The dimension of the workpiece W is measured by relatively moving the support unit 18 and the processing table 11 and detecting a contact position of the contacts Tc by an encoder 45. The mass of the workpiece is measured by a weight detection sensor Mw. The feature of the workpiece W is estimated from the resulting data and information stored in a data storage unit 35c to perform the processing control. A control method of the same and a processing treatment system are also provided.
