<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation inhibiting TLR9, which is one of receptors recognizing extracellular DNA, and having excellent prevention/treatment effect on autoimmune diseases, inflammation, allergy, asthma, and graft rejection or graft-versus-host diseases. <P>SOLUTION: A TLR9 inhibitor uses a compound represented by general formula (1), its salt, or solvates thereof as an active ingredient. In the formula: R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>may be the same or different mutually and are each a hydrogen atom or a C<SB POS="POST">1-4</SB>alkyl group; a ring A is a 3-7C cycloalkyl group; and n is an integer of 1-3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
