<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device that performs positioning between treatment elements in a seat and regions for supporting a body weight in the body of a sitting user in accordance with the somatotype of the user, while adopting the treatment elements to be arranged in a part of the seat. <P>SOLUTION: In the massage device, a pair of air bags 1 are arranged in the seat 3 of a motorcycle 2. A pair of right and left recessions 351, 352 rectangularly opened are arranged on the upper surface of the seat plate 31 in the seat 3, where the user is seated. Slide holes 361, 362 are arranged in a front-back direction at the center in the right and left directions of the recessions 351, 352. The air bags 1 are respectively fitted to the recessions 351, 352. The dimensions of the air bags 1 in the front-back direction are smaller than the widths of the recessions 351, 352 in the front-back direction. Air supply/exhaust cylinders 11 to be used for the air supply and exhaust of the air bags 1 are arranged on the lower surfaces of the air bags 1.
