<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray service method of food which allows dishes just cooked for a user in a facility, a vehicle or the like to be served easily in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A heating means for heating one or each of a plurality of dishes on a tray 1 at preset temperature for a preset period of time is installed in a tray service body 6, food stuff, seasoned food stuff, or food stuff prepared with seasonings is dished up on one or more plates for dish to cook, placed at a prescribed position of the tray 1 to set a meal tray for one person, the prescribed number of meal trays are stored in the tray service body 6, the food stuff is cooled and stored, the heating means is operated at a preset time, cooking of food stuff for each dish is finished before a tray service start time, the meal tray is taken out of the tray service body 6 at the tray service start time, and is served for each user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
