<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary packing machine which has an improved method of supplying gusseted bags to the packing machine to increase packing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary packing machine has a bag box 4 gathering a plurality of gusseted bags 3 and supplying them to a following mechanism, a bag taking arm 12 arranged above the bag box 4 and taking out the gusseted bags 3, a bag passing arm 14 arranged adjacently to the bag taking arm 12 and receiving the gusseted bags 3 from the bag taking arm 12 and raising them and opening the bag mouths, a pair of spatulas 41 arranged on the bag passing arm 14, raisable, and inserted into and opening the mouths of the gusseted bags 3 raised by the bag passing arm 14, and an opening mechanism 15 holding the gusseted bags 3 remaining open by the spatulas 41 and transferring them to a packing machine side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
