<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent soundproof panel that is superior in wind pressure resistance, weather resistance and flame resistance, and can save weight. <P>SOLUTION: The translucent soundproof panel comprises: a translucent soundproof plate including one or more chemically strengthened glass with a thickness of 1.5-10 mm; and a frame body that surrounds a circumference of the translucent soundproof plate, and is arranged along a road, a railroad or a side edge of a ground.
