<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit immediately starting communication after the lapse of a sleep time of an optical transceiver. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit includes: reception-side processors 33, 34 for regenerating a clock and a reception data from a reception signal input from an optical transceiver 21, and for outputting the regenerated reception data to an upper-level layer side; and transmission-side processors 31, 32 for outputting to the optical transceiver 21 a transmission data input from the upper-level layer side as a transmission signal synchronized with the regenerated clock. When performing sleep operation to reduce the functions of the optical transceiver 21, the signal processing circuit further includes a control unit 27 for executing a synchronization maintenance mode to retain the already regenerated clock during the sleep time and to cancel the retention of the clock on completion of the sleep time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
