<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce, in a thermally-conductive molded article including a polymeric matrix, a plasticizer and a thermally-conductive filler, the viscosity of a liquid mixture composition used as raw material thereof, and prevent oil bleed. <P>SOLUTION: The high molecular matrix is composed of a hardened material of an olefinic liquid resin, and the plasticizer includes a dialkyl carbonate and a non-silicone oil having an ignition point of 250°C or higher. The weight ratio of the dialkyl carbonate to the total of the dialkyl carbonate and the non-silicone oil is 0.05 or more and less than 0.85, and the content of the dialkyl carbonate is less than 100 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the polymeric matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
