<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a woody molded product that can keep molding pressure low even when the mixed ratio of a woody material is high. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the woody molded product includes steps of (1) adjusting the amounts of the mixed woody material and thermoplastic resin so that the weight of the woody material per the total weight of the woody material and thermoplastic resin is 70 wt.% or more, (2) kneading material that contains the woody material, the thermoplastic resin and a spheroidal filler with an average grain diameter of 100 μm or less to obtain a kneaded material, and (3) supplying the kneaded material to a mold for molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
