<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety by supporting the use of a maintenance tool as a regular product for use in an elevator controller. <P>SOLUTION: An elevator includes a regular product authentication means for performing authentication by checking whether or not a maintenance device attached to the elevator controller and receiving an input operation for elevator maintenance work is a regular product suitable for the elevator controller, and an elevator control means for performing operation control of an elevator car according to the input operation for the maintenance device, when the regular product authentication means authenticates the maintenance device as the regular product suitable for the elevator controller fitted with the maintenance device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
