METHOD AND APPARATUS OF RECOVERING CARBON DIOXIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of recovering carbon dioxide capable of suppressing generation of gas during heat exchange of an absorption liquid and of stably supplying the absorption liquid input to a regeneration process at high temperature.

SOLUTION: The apparatus of recovering carbon dioxide includes: an absorption tower making gas including carbon dioxide come into sliding contact with the absorption liquid to make the absorption liquid absorb the carbon dioxide; a regeneration tower heating the absorption liquid absorbing the carbon dioxide in the absorption tower and discharging the carbon dioxide from the absorption liquid to regenerate the absorption liquid; a heat exchanger exchanging heat between the absorption liquid supplied from the absorption tower to the regeneration tower and the absorption liquid recirculated from the regeneration tower to the absorption tower; and a pressurization means pressurizing the absorption liquid so that the absorption liquid supplied from the absorption tower to the regeneration tower is supplied to the heat exchanger in the pressurized state. The absorption liquid undergoes heat exchange in the pressurized state at 150 kPaG or more, and a difference between a temperature of the absorption liquid supplied from a heat exchange process to the regeneration process and a temperature of the absorption liquid supplied from the regeneration process to the heat exchange process is set to be less than 10°C.
