<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper processing device which can reduce the frequency of dehumidification maintenance for removing the moisture attached to an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A waste paper processing device 10 comprises: a casing 11; and a pulper 12 and a dehydrator 14 as processing means.
