<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly insulating film excellent in heat resistance and electrical insulating properties. <P>SOLUTION: The highly insulating film includes: a biaxially oriented film using a thermoplastic polyether ketone resin as a main component, and with a refractive index in the thickness direction of 1.640 or smaller; and a coating layer with a surface water contact angle of ≥85° and ≤120° provided at least one face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
