<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment hinge capable of taking a large adjustment margin, facilitating fine adjustment, reducing the number of components, eliminating the need of manufacturing an exclusive component and being obtained at a relatively low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The adjustment hinge includes: a connection metal fitting 2 pivoted to a blade 1 by a spindle 2; a blade 5 pivoted to the connection metal fitting 2 by a spindle 4; an attaching member 6 freely longitudinally movably connected to the blade 5; and a fixed wing plate 9 freely laterally movably connected to the attaching member 6. The spindle 2 is elevated and lowered by operating a screw rod 15 screwed to a nut member 14 and vertical positions of the blade 1 and the connection metal fitting 2 are adjusted. By operating an adjustment bolt 29, a drive nut 30 screwed thereto is moved, and thus longitudinal positions of the blade 5 pivoted to the connection metal fitting 2 and a blade part 26 of the attaching member 6 are adjusted. By operating an adjustment bolt 39, a drive nut 40 screwed thereto is moved, and thus lateral positions of a blade part 27 of the attaching member 6 and the fixed wing plate 9 are adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
