<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indexer apparatus that corrects the deterioration of sewing positional accuracy affected by deformation of an apparatus body due to irregularity of a floor in an installation site. <P>SOLUTION: The indexer apparatus including: a preset device 2 for holding a sewing product so as to align fabric ends thereof and transferring the sewing product to a receiving position; a sub clamp mechanism 40 for temporarily holding the sewing product having been transferred to the receiving position; a transporting body 3 for holding the sewing product at the receiving position and sequentially transferring it to a buttonhole sewing position of the sewing machine; a sewing machine 4 for sequentially subjecting the sewing product being transferred by the transferring body to buttonhole sewing; and an apparatus body 1 including the device 2, the mechanism 40, the body 3 and the machine 4, comprises: height adjusting mechanisms B, D and F for adjusting the height of the apparatus body; and an adjusting gauge 8 attached to the preset device, for confirming the balancing of the apparatus body. The apparatus measures the balancing of the floor on which the apparatus body is installed, by using the adjusting gauge as a reference, and allows the height adjusting mechanisms B, D and F to correct the balancing of the apparatus body to have accuracy in a shipment state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
