<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic ventilation material which can be made of the same material as a conventional material, can be manufactured by a method not significantly different from a conventional method, and can obtain sufficient rigidity as a ventilation material even when formed in a narrow shape of a practical length, and a method of manufacturing the plastic ventilation material. <P>SOLUTION: In a plastic ventilation material which is manufactured by laminating a large number of plastic hollow members 1, 1a, 1b, with which narrow ventilation passages 2 penetrating from one end surface to the other end surface in the width direction are juxtaposed, vertically or diagonally fusion-cutting the opening surface side of the ventilation passages 2 at predetermined width intervals by a heat cutter, and depositing the plastic hollow members located above and below the fusion-cut surface to integrate the whole of the plastic hollow members, the orientation of the top and/or bottom plastic hollow member(s) 1a and/or 1b is different from that of the other plastic hollow members 1 by 90 degrees. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
