<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless linear motor that improves stiffness of an armature as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: A coreless linear motor 100 includes a permanent magnet row 14 and an armature 3. One of the permanent magnet row 14 and the armature 3 serves as a mover 2, and the other serves as a stator 1. The permanent magnet row 14 and the armature 3 are movable relative to each other. The armature 3 has: a printed circuit board 22; a plurality of armature coils 24 that are provided on the printed circuit board 22 along a moving direction of the mover 2; a frame 23 that is provided on the printed circuit board 22 so as to surround the armature coils 24; at least one rib member 23a that is provided at a position between an adjacent pair of the armature coils 24 so as to bridge two sides of the frame 23; and molding resin 25 that is provided in a region surrounded by the frame 23 and the rib member 23a so as to cover the armature coils 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
