<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an R-2R ladder resistance circuit, a D/A converter having the R-2R ladder resistance circuit, and a method of manufacturing the R-2R ladder resistance circuit which keep D/A conversion accuracy intact by approximating a resistance ratio of a resistance R to a resistance 2R to 1:2. <P>SOLUTION: An R-2R ladder resistance circuit 10 includes a first resistance with a resistance value of R and a second resistance with a resistance value of 2R corresponding to one bit. The first resistance and second resistance comprise a plurality of unit resistances arranged in a line. The R-2R ladder resistance circuit 10 comprises the plurality of unit resistances juxtaposed. A unit resistance 131 included in the first resistance is arranged at one end of the R-2R ladder resistance circuit 10, and unit resistances 121-124 included in the second resistance are arranged between the unit resistance 131 and a unit resistance 132 included in the first resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
