<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of suppressing foreign matter intrusion. <P>SOLUTION: The solenoid valve has a filter member 60 furnished with an outer edge frame 60a abutting against the inner wall of the flow passage R in the valve and a mesh 60b stretched in the inside of the frame 60a, and in proximity of the filter member 60 in its upstream, an edge weir member 50 is provided which is installed on the inner wall of the flow passage R and directs the fluid heading to the frame 60a toward the mesh 60b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
