摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a pressure receiving unit 1 cannot be sunk or floated up with a small external force 10 of a wire since the quantity of air in a serge 7 of a large cylinder is changed and buoyancy is changed considerably caused by change of the quantity of water entering a cap 5 of the cylinder, resulting from a position change in water depth of the pressure receiving unit 1. <P>SOLUTION: A method is adopted to continuously minimize buoyancy by bonding a weight unit 11 of which the weight is changed in accordance with water depth to the outside of the pressure receiving unit 1, thereby canceling the apparent buoyancy from a deep position under the water to a water surface position with the weight. Thus, the pressure receiving unit 1 can be iteratively floated/sunk with the small external force 10 of the wire and by iteratively sinking/floating the pressure receiving unit 1 with the small external force 10 of the wire, power can be generated with a large pressure energy acting on a cap side 5 of a large piston of the pressure receiving unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
