<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access port with an LED lighting, which allows lighting facilities and the access port for utilities to be integrated at an indoor ceiling plane, functioning as environmental equipment with energy-saving effect. <P>SOLUTION: Aluminum access port base 1 is composed of four side frames arranged in a square shape. The four side frames are joined with L-angles 8. LED substrates 4 each are attached to the aluminum access port base 1 so as to form a square-shaped lighting. A lens cover 5 for covering the LED substrate 4 is also attached to the aluminum access port base 1 in a similar way. The lens cover 5 is fastened to a lens stopper 10 to eliminate the risk of falling. The aluminum access port base 1 is attached to a ceiling board 2 with a fixing screw 3. An opening 9 of the access port is closed with an access port decoration panel 7, which can be detached using a panel fixing screw 6.
