<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for industrial material which exhibits excellent sound proofness, reduces rain sound, and exhibits a lighting property that enables to work without illumination in the daytime. <P>SOLUTION: The soundproof lighting sheet is a flexible sheet including a base material containing a fiber foundation cloth and a damping resin layer formed on at least one surface of the base material.
