PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatic management of concentration of polarizer dyeing composition are provided to constantly and accurately control and manage the composition concentration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for automatic management of concentration of polarizer dyeing liquid composition comprises: a storage tank(110) for storing the dyeing liquid composition containing iodide metal, iodine and boric acid; a concentration analysis unit(120) for analyzing the concentration of iodide metal, iodine and boric acid and output the concentration by converting to electronic signal; a controller(130) for outputting electronic signal; a dyeing liquid composition supplement unit(140) for supplementing one of iodide metal, iodine and boric acid in one storage tank; and an conductivity meter(121) for analyzing concentration of iodized metal. |
