EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT ANALYSIS APPARATUS AND EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equivalent circuit analysis apparatus capable of easily informing a measurer how can well approximate a measuring object by what kind of method an element constant is changed, when there is an error in the element constant of an equivalent circuit estimated from the frequency characteristic of the measuring object.

SOLUTION: An equivalent circuit analysis apparatus 1 includes: a test section for displaying a graph 31 of the frequency characteristic of the measuring object to a touch panel 10; an estimation section for estimating an element constant RCL of the equivalent circuit from the frequency characteristic; increase/decrease buttons 14-16 to change the element constant; a theory characteristic arithmetic section for calculating the frequency characteristic by the element constant estimated by the estimation section and the element constant changed by the increase/decrease buttons 14-16 to display a graph 32; a guide information storage section for storing guide information showing which size of element constants should be changed when the change of tendency of the frequency characteristic of the equivalent circuit is desired; and a guide information processing section to display a guide display 35 on the position of the graph 32 selected by the touch panel 10.
