<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of effectively suppressing occurrence of troubles in a fixing image quality even when a printing speed is increased, and an image formation device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: An fixing device includes: a heating member; a belt member that is stretched by a first roller and a second roller and heated by the heating member; pressure means including a pressure member that forms a press-contact nip part via the belt member at a position facing the stretched positions of the first roller and second roller; and a pressing member that presses the belt member. The pressing member is provided between the stretched position of the first roller and the stretched position of the second roller.
