<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dramatically increase workability in a maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary holding part 5 holds a closed state by making an upper guide base 62 rotate by an opening/closing shaft 64 arranged on the rear side of a movable upper guide 51, and engaging an engagement groove 65A of a lock lever 65 with a lock post 63. Also, the temporary holding part 5 shifts to an opened state by releasing the engagement of the engagement groove 65A with the lock post 63 when the lock lever 65 is rotated in an unlock direction V1, and rotating the upper guide base 62 in an open direction U1 in accordance with an upward external force. Thus, the temporary holding part 5 largely open an opening part 30B, and saves upper tapes 34 and 35.
