<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl grille structure of a vehicle, capable of improving pedestrian protection performance and excellent in assemblability to a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: The cowl grille structure of the vehicle includes a cowl grille 20 which is provided below a back edge of a hood 19 from a front edge of a front window 17 and which is provided throughout the breadth in an vehicle breadth direction, and a drainage conduit 40 which is fixed to the rear downside of the cowl grille 20 and elongated in the vehicle breadth direction. The drainage conduit 40 is provided with reinforcing arms 42R and 42L which are elongated forward along an undersurface of the cowl grille 20; front parts of the reinforcing arms 42R and 42L are connected to the cowl grille 20 by means of a connector 53; and a weak part 46 for decreasing strength of connection between the reinforcing arms 42R and 42L and the cowl grille 20 by means of the connector 53 is formed regarding the downward relative displacement of the cowl grille 20 with respect to the reinforcing arms 42R and 42L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
