<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain a focus state, even if a variable power lens is manually moved in a power off state or a standby state, when turning on a power supply after that or returning to a regular operation state. <P>SOLUTION: The lens control device includes: a memory storing tracking data that represents a target position of a correction lens 7 to a position of a variable power lens 4 for every subject distance; and a controller 10 that controls a correction actuator to move the correction lens towards a target position with the moving of the variable power lens. The controller stores the position (a first position) of the variable power lens at a first time point, and stores specific tracking data that has been used till then. At a second time point, when determining that the variable power lens is moved to a second position by a manual variable power mechanism during a period from the first time point to the second time point, the controller moves the correction lens toward a target position corresponding to the second position in the specific tracing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
