<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture lock bolt that fastens and fixes members or the like very firmly without loosening even if vibration is applied repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: The lock bolt includes a shaft section 1 having a screw formed on the outer circumference and a head section 2 provided at one end of the shaft section 1. The head section 2 is formed of a body part 201 having a hexagonal cross-sectional shape, a tubular skirt part 202 continued from the body part 201 and widened radially outward from the body part 201 with a concave surface using a suspended curved surface. The lower end surface 203 of the outer surface of the skirt part 202 is parallel to the axis X-X of the body part 201.
