<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building constructed by a steel frame framework construction method, in which a high ceiling is easily secured although the building is provided with a stiffening beam. <P>SOLUTION: In a building 1, a joint hardware 60 has a bent part 62 which is bent downward such that the joint hardware 60 fits within a region on the inside of a floor beam 40 in the width direction (a range on a web 43 side from a tip 42a of a lower flange 42). A stiffening beam 50 is positioned close to an upper end 40a of the floor beam 40, and is joined to the floor beam 40 via the joint hardware 60 so as to restrict displacement of a lower end 40b of the floor beam 40 in a weak axis direction. According to such a constitution, since the stiffening beam 50 is bridged at a high position close to the upper end 40a of the floor beam 40, Protrusion of a part of the stiffening beam 50 only can be prevented even if the height of a ceiling is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
