<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an AC rotary electric machine capable of improving follow-up performance with respect to a current command even when a torque command includes a periodic torque vibration, and preventing a control system from becoming unstable when rectangular wave control is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage control unit controls pulse width modulation in a first modulation factor region and rectangular waves in a second modulation factor region. A current feedback control unit calculates a two-phase voltage command using a harmonic model having a periodic function characteristic of an oscillation frequency when a torque command includes a periodic torque vibration. A torque current operation unit decreases an amplitude of the torque vibration as a modulation factor increases in the first modulation factor region, and restricts the torque vibration included in the torque command so that the amplitude of the torque vibration becomes zero in the second modulation factor region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
