<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating panel, a vacuum heat insulating structure and a heat insulating device capable of suppressing heat leakage in corner portions. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating panel 1 includes a panel body 2 which includes binding margin portions 30 for airtightly joining a first member 10 and a second member 20 and has the inside in a vacuum state. The panel body 2 has a truncated square pyramid in which a lower bottom surface section 21 crosses each of a plurality of pyramid surfaces 12 adjacent to the lower bottom surface section 21.
