The neurons 108<SB POS="POST">1</SB>...108<SB POS="POST">N</SB>are mounted on one plane. The integrators 109<SB POS="POST">1</SB>...109<SB POS="POST">N</SB>include metal viaholes 110<SB POS="POST">1</SB>...110<SB POS="POST">N</SB>provided between the two planes 104, 106 of the supports.
