<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle size distribution measurement instrument capable of calculating the amount of change in a numerical value concerning the particle size distribution of a measurement object particle group with respect to an ultrasonic irradiation time. <P>SOLUTION: A particle size distribution measurement instrument 1 includes: a light intensity distribution acquisition part 71a for acquiring a light intensity distribution generated by irradiating a measurement object with measurement light from a light source 241 by allowing a detector 252 to detect the distribution; and a particle size distribution calculation part 71b for calculating the particle size distribution of the measurement object. The instrument also includes a sample supply device 210 connected to a measurement space 230 and storing the measurement object to be supplied to the measurement space 230. The sample supply device 210 includes an ultrasonic generator 213 for irradiating the measurement object with ultrasonic waves. The particle size distribution calculation part 71b calculates the particle size distribution of the measurement object particle group at a predetermined time interval by supplying the measurement object to the measurement space 230 while controlling the driving of the ultrasonic generator 213, and also calculates the amount of change in a numerical value concerning the particle size distribution of the measurement object particle group with respect to an irradiation time for irradiating the measurement object with ultrasonic waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
