<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf swing measuring system and method, for accurately measuring twist of a shaft during golf swing. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring system 1 includes: a golf club 5 with a predetermined pattern 17 which is used by a golfer; at least two cameras 2A and 2B for imaging a golf swing of the golfer 4 who uses the golf club 5; and a measuring device 3 including a pattern recognition unit 11 for recognizing the predetermined pattern 17, a position information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring position information of the recognized predetermined pattern 17, and a shaft twist calculation unit 13 for calculating twist of the shaft based on the change with time of the acquired position information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
