<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low cost queued calling system which does not require registering the personal information of service users. <P>SOLUTION: When a telephone call from a service user portable telephone 5 owned by a service user is received via a portable telephone network 2 and an ISDN network 3 which are public telephone networks at a trunk circuit 12 equipped in a PBX 1 which is installed on a service provider side for use as service-only call reception, the PBX 1 issues an acceptance number indicating the order in which the service request was accepted, and stores the acceptance number in memory 10 after correlating it to the caller number of the service user portable telephone 5. Then, when the order in which service is to be provided for the service user corresponding to the acceptance number is reached, the PBX 1 transmits a calling signal with the acceptance number attached thereto as a sub-address from a trunk circuit 13 equipped for use as service-only origination to the service user portable telephone 5, thereby notifying the service user that the order in which is to be provided has been reached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
