PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle position specification device which accurately specifies a position of a vehicle in a situation that a general satellite positioning system is used.

SOLUTION: A vehicle position specification device 10 includes: a travel position acquisition part 12 which acquires a travel position of a vehicle on the basis of data for positioning to be transmitted from an artificial satellite 19; a position information storage part 21 which stores position information showing an installation position of an optical beacon device 15 provided on the roadside; a beacon signal receiving part 13 which receives a beacon signal to be transmitted from the optical beacon device 15; and a current position specification part 22 which specifies a current position of the vehicle on the basis of the position information of the optical beacon device 15 which is stored in the position information storage part 21 when the beacon signal is received by the beacon signal receiving part 13 within a predetermined range from the position of the vehicle acquired by the travel position acquisition part 12.
