<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture lighting controller which can perform fade-in lighting at the time of power-up while suppressing variation in performance of respective lighting devices, and to provide a lighting device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting controller comprises a conversion circuit 11 which converts an AC current supplied from an external AC power supply AC into a DC current, a lighting circuit 12 which supplies the current converted in the conversion circuit 11 to a light source LA, and a lighting control circuit 13 having a first control section 15 provided with power storage means for controlling the current flowing from the lighting circuit 12 to the light source LA, and a second control section 16 provided with a variable resistor VR. The first control section 15 outputs a first lighting signal based on the voltage with which the power storage means is charged to the second control section 16 after the AC power is supplied from the AC power supply AC. The second control section 16 divides the voltage of the first lighting signal by using the variable resistor VR and outputs the first lighting signal thus divided, as a second lighting signal, to the lighting circuit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
