<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device including a monopole antenna having excellent antenna characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: a circuit board having a feeding point and the ground; an antenna element connected to the feeding point; and a wiring element having a first end portion connected to the feeding point or the antenna element and a second end portion, different from the first end portion, connected to the ground.
