<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercut processing mechanism that is able to perform de-molding easily by implementing a larger movement stroke within a limited set-up space even when the undercut portion P1 of a molding P has a shape that is irregular on both sides of the direction orthogonal to the direction of de-molding. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a holder 30 disposed inside a movable mold 13, a pair of molding cores 51 and 52 for molding the undercut portion P1 is connected to and supported by a holding piece 40 which moves in the de-molding direction, and the respective molding core 51 and 52 are guided by guide means 33, 34 towards a mold release position from a molding position where they face each other, and each moves in front or in back so as to move to pass each other in opposite directions from one end of the holding piece 40 to the another end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
