摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determining device for identifying a location in which short-circuiting has arisen. <P>SOLUTION: In an abnormality determining device, an electronic control unit (ECU) identifies a location in which short-circuiting has arisen based on a current IL flowing in a reactor 202 (a current in a converter 200) detected by a current sensor 204 and a current IB of a battery 150. If the current IL flowing in the reactor 202 and the current IB of the battery 150 are exactly or substantially the same, a region 300 including the converter 200 and an inverter 210 excluding an electric path between the converter 200 and the battery 150 and the battery 150 is identified as the location in which short-circuiting has arisen. If the current IL flowing in the reactor 202 and the current IB of the battery 150 are different, a region 310 including the electric path between the converter 200 and the battery 150 and the battery 150 is identified as the location in which short-circuiting has arisen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
