<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle driving device having a plurality of rotary shafts in a casing, configured to improve accuracy of supporting rotary shafts. <P>SOLUTION: A composite gear shaft 40, a power transmission shaft 20, a counter shaft 18, a differential gear 24, a first rotor shaft 16 of a first electric motor MG1 and a second rotor shaft 22 of a second electric motor MG2 are supported by a common case member 12b, thereby improving accuracy in supporting the rotary shafts.
